MJK is inspired by Romans 10:14, which asks, “How can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?” This campaign reflects our commitment to take the name of Jesus beyond our walls — into our streets, our city, and the nations.

Every conversation, every invitation, every act of compassion done in His name becomes an opportunity for someone to hear the gospel for the first time. Our community is full of people who have never been told who Jesus really is, and there are nations where the gospel has barely been spoken at all. MJK is our way of intentionally investing in that mission so that no one is left without a chance to know the One who saves.

Through a one-year partnership, MJK invites our church family to fund the work of evangelism, outreach, and missions — locally in Decatur and globally around the world. Whether through resources placed in the right hands, outreach events that open doors here at home, or missionaries sent to faraway places, every dollar supports the most important work the church can do — telling people about Jesus. As we come together around this shared commitment of loving God, loving His people, and making Jesus known, we are sending the gospel out so that more people can come in.
